Delete your account

In the app

Open Postlytics → Settings → Delete account, and confirm. This removes your Postlytics account and profile row from Supabase.

Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store subscription — cancel that separately in Settings → Subscription or in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.

What gets deleted

Your Supabase profile (identifier and subscription state). RevenueCat keeps the anonymous purchase history Apple requires for receipts.

Your PostHog API key lives only in your device's Keychain — deleting the account or the app removes it locally. Your PostHog project data is untouched; Postlytics never stores it.

If you can't reach the app, email support@postlytics.app from the address you signed in with and we'll delete the account for you.
